- Can I return a product?
No returns of goods will be accepted without consent and shipping instruction from us. A minimum restocking charge of 50% is made on all authorized returns for credit or refund, provided goods are received by us in the condition in which they left the factory. No credit will be given if goods cannot be reused. Special order items are in no event subject to return.
- Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. All applicable taxes are the Purchaser’s responsibility and will be invoiced to the Purchaser. If Purchaser claims an exemption from such taxes, it shall be the Purchaser’s responsibility to furnish an appropriate exemption certificate to us with the order.
- Do you have any recommended installers for your products?

- Do you provide custom prints on ezoBord?
Yes. We offer a series of prints on ezoBord. We also offer printing on ezoBord is on a custom basis and quoted per project based on the pattern file provided by the customer. Samples to be approved in writing by the customer prior to production.
- How do I clean ezoBord?
Remove dust and dirt with a stiff plastic bristle brush. Use distilled water can be used to remove stains. Always use a soft, clean cloth and blot dry.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Our lead time is as follows:
- Sheet Goods: 1-2 weeks
- Standard Products: 4 weeks
- Custom Products: 6-8 weeks upon approved drawings being received
- What colors and thicknesses is a general ezoBord sheet?
ezoBord sheets are available in two thicknesses – 3/8″ (9mm) and 1/2″ (12mm). There are 30 available colors.
- What if I need to change or cancel an order?
After acknowledgement of your order, the order will need written consent from us to be changed or cancelled by you. Special order items and items already in production are not eligible to change or cancellation under any circumstances. All sheet goods are considered to be in production once they are cut. Other standard items already in production are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation charge. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

There is a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Variation in dye lot can occur so we suggest that a sample is requested prior to ordering for confirmation purposes.
